Britt has extensive experience in the corporate law advice and litigation practice. She assists companies and organizations as well as directors and shareholders in the field of corporate law.
Melanie Hermes
Melanie is a privacy and employment law specialist attached to Van Gelder Advocaten. She is also team leader of the privacy law team. This combination of having her own feet in the clay, on the one hand, and on the other being allowed to supervise colleagues and develop new ideas, suits her perfectly.
Jorn van der Wal
Jorn is a go-getter: from an early age his goal was to become a lawyer as soon as possible. Jorn is seen as a real team player in his environment. He is always ready when someone asks for help.
Anouk van den Brand
Almost simultaneously with the start of her law studies at Tilburg University, Anouk started working as a legal secretary at Van Gelder Advocaten. Anouk is now a rental law specialist.
Pascal Heine-Lissone
At Van Gelder Advocaten, Pascal is a specialist in privacy law. He is CIPP/E certified. CIPP/E is a title of the IAPP (International Association of Privacy Professionals) and is regarded as the European standard in the field of privacy certification.
Marthe Leijs
Marthe completed the Master's in Business Law at Tilburg University in 2018. In that year privacy law started to become a "hot topic" due to the introduction of the General Data Protection Regulation (AVG).
Jurriën Laros
After his studies Jurriën worked for a large legal expenses insurer for almost 6 years. During that time Jurriën gained experience in all aspects of employment law. This way he knows exactly what is going on on both sides.
Dennis van Leeuwen
Dennis works for Van Gelder Advocaten as a corporate law lawyer. He is a real team player, both in his spare time and on the work floor.
Fenna Wagtmans
Fenna knew at a young age that she wanted to study law and started doing so at Tilburg University in 2018. Fenna is an employment law lawyer with Van Gelder Advocaten.
Danielle van der Pol
Danielle has over 25 years of experience as a legal secretary in the legal profession. With her experience and great love for the profession she is a valuable support to our lawyers and legal staff.
Rianka Proost
Rianka started working as a legal secretary at a law firm in 2002. She gained a lot of experience in various (work) areas and learned the tricks of the trade.
Fatmanur Yildiz-Gunes
At a young age, Fatmanur already knew that she wanted to work in the legal profession. So, in 2021 she completed her Master's degree in Law at Tilburg University. During her studies, Fatmanur gained work experience at various law firms. Fatmanur joined Van Gelder Advocaten in May 2022.
Claudia Franken
Claudia works as a Marketing and Communications specialist at Van Gelder Advocaten. Claudia supports our professional departments with the development and implementation of the marketing and communication policy.
Cooperation with interim lawyer Jan-Willem Hoentjen
Jan-Willem graduated from Nijmegen Catholic University in 2001 (cum laude) and has been a lawyer since 2003. Jan-Willem works as an interim lawyer for Van Gelder Advocaten based on a contract of engagement. Because Jan-Willem also has his own office in Eindhoven, he is subject to the supervision of the Dean of the Bar Association in the Oost-Brabant district.
