Dennis works for Van Gelder Advocaten as a corporate law lawyer. He is a real team player, both in his spare time and on the work floor.
Melanie Hermes
Melanie is a specialist and team leader in privacy and employment law at Van Gelder Advocaten. She is also team leader of the privacy law team. This combination of having her own feet in the clay, on the one hand, and on the other being allowed to supervise colleagues and develop new ideas, suits her perfectly.
Jurriën Laros
After his studies Jurriën worked for a large legal expenses insurer for almost 6 years. During that time Jurriën gained experience in all aspects of employment law. This way he knows exactly what is going on on both sides.
Anouk van den Brand
Almost simultaneously with the start of her law studies at Tilburg University, Anouk started working as a legal secretary at Van Gelder Advocaten. Anouk is now a rental law specialist.
Danielle van der Pol
Danielle has over 25 years of experience as a legal secretary in the legal profession. With her experience and great love for the profession she is a valuable support to our lawyers and legal staff.
Rianka Proost
Rianka started working as a legal secretary at a law firm in 2002. She gained a lot of experience in various (work) areas and learned the tricks of the trade.
Betty Linskens-Mutsaers
Betty started her career as an administrative assistant and trained - via various courses at Instituut Schoevers - as an executive secretary. In 2011 she joined the Van Gelder Advocaten team as secretary.
Cooperation with interim lawyer Jan-Willem Hoentjen
Jan-Willem graduated from Nijmegen Catholic University in 2001 (cum laude) and has been a lawyer since 2003. Jan-Willem works as an interim lawyer for Van Gelder Advocaten based on a contract of engagement. Because Jan-Willem also has his own office in Eindhoven, he is subject to the supervision of the Dean of the Bar Association in the Oost-Brabant district.
Our lawyers have their registration of main (and sub) areas of law in the register of legal areas of the Dutch Bar Association. Based on this registration, they are required to obtain ten training credits per calendar year in each registered principal legal practice area in accordance with the standards set by the Dutch Bar Association.
